Each 5 ml contains: thiamine hydrochloride (B1) – 250 mg, pyridoxine hydrochloride (B6) – 250 mg, cyanocobalamin (B12) – 2 mg, benzyl alcohol, (as preservative), water for Injections.
- Neurological diseases caused by vitamins B1, B6 and B12 deficiency
- For the symptomatic treatment of the nervous system diseases of different origin: neuritis and polyneuritis (including pain syndrome), optic neuritis, peripheral paresis (including the facial nerve), neuralgia, neuropathy (diabetic, alcoholic and etc.)
- Vitamins deficiency caused by treatment with antibiotics or isoniazid
- For the treatment of all forms of alcoholism (especially alcoholic encephalopathy).
Only for intramuscular (IM) administration.
Dosage should be individualized for each patient.
In severe cases, 1 ampoule daily, administered intramuscularly slowly (deep in the gluteal muscle).
In milder forms of the disease: 2 to 3 ampoules per week, or as directed by a physician.
